… The novel is well structured with excellent pacing. The underlying messages are sound, which is important when targetting younger readers. The good/evil conflict is excitingly portrayed and most impressively, the magical world around the hero has been carefully constructed. Altogether, this is a novel deserving of the full 5 star rating.
